Client Love

All is well and I am seeing a lot of progress actually. I believe taking the steps I need to reach my fitness goal has also transformed aspects of my marriage. My husband and I are working on our fitness goals together. Last week Sunday we went grocery shopping together and cooked together so it helped with feeling connected again. We are holding each other accountable. I am meeting my work out goals and other goals set on my apple watch. I have lost almost 5lbs already from this new diet and yesterday I walked over 13,000 steps including my workouts. I have my momentum back and plan to start running outdoors again with Black Girls Run. I feel great and happy to see some results. Thank you for the encouragement.
